Class Registration

Class Structure
The once-a-week classes, usually 6 consecutive Saturday Mornings or Afternoon, will be approximately 90 minutes in length and may involve some lecture, some technique, always some meditation/mindfulness time, and an opportunity for discussion.

FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASS - (Feel free to make a donation if so inclined) This class will introduce you to the benefits and an understanding of why and how we will approach our particular practice. The basis for teaching will follow principles of Vipassana (insight) Meditation which is the foundation of Mindfulness. ( aka MBSR) and we’ll present Neuro-scientific evidence of it’s benefits.

GROUP CLASS: Suggested Donation of $20 per once-a-week class (or whatever you can afford if on a tight budget) with a minimum 6 weekly classes. You are under no obligation to continue with classes. Pay as you go! But it is important to commit your time if you decide to continue with the remaining 5 weeks. (No classes between Xmas to New Year's Eve and on holiday weekends) We accept checks or cash.

We hope this will be an ongoing weekly class for you as a means of your learning the benefits of a mindfulness lifestyle. A group environment and the energy created by a group practice is always beneficial to those who wish to establish a consistent daily practice.

You will be notified and given further information via email a few days before the classes begin. Classes will be held at the Radio Ranch Building, 13440 Ventura Blvd., 2nd Fl, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423. REAR Parking lot is available for all daytime classes.  Street parking must be used for Evening classes. Enter classroom via rear stairs.
