Zoom Class Registration

CLASS STRUCTURE:
The once-a-week classes, usually 6 consecutive Saturday Mornings or Afternoons (or weekday evenings when scheduled) are approximately 90 minutes in length and involve lecture, powerpoint presentation, and always meditation/mindfulness time, and an opportunity for discussion. 

The basis for teaching will follow principles of Vipassana (insight) Meditation which is the foundation of a Mindfulness practice. (aka MBSR). We’ll present it with the aid of power-point and with a strong emphasis on how a daily practice ties into the latest Neuro-scientific research (the workings of our brain)  along with a  current psychological findings..…to give you a thorough understanding of how and why this form of meditation is so effective in conquering daily stress, anxiety, worry, and self-doubt. (as well as self-discovery)

COST:
BY DONATION – you have the option to make a contribution for one or all classes upfront or at the beginning or end of each class. Suggested offering is $20 per class. Contribute whatever you can manage. Do not allow your current financial situation to be a detriment to your well-being. There is no commitment to continue after the first class if you decide this practice will not help you achieve your goals. 

GROUP CLASS:
Online group classes will be announced 10 days to two weeks in advance. But it is important for you to be willing to make  a daily commitment  to the practice if you decide to continue with the remaining 5 weeks. (No classes on holiday weekends) Payment available through PAYPAL or VENMO.

PERSONAL PRIVATE INSTRUCTION:
A weekly private or semi-private class is available at a time convenient to your schedule. The cost is $35 per class.

When you register for GROUP classes, you will be notified and given further information via email a few days before the classes begin. You will be also be sent an invitation with a private password/link for use during the six week period.
