In our online private and group mindfulness meditation sessions, We will teach you how to discover your emotional detrimental triggers. When you know the triggers, it will help you work on them.

In most cases, it is your thoughts that make you stressed, anxious, worried, depressed, sad, or even angry. We must take care of our emotions. You learn to recognize and control your thoughts rather to simply try to resist them. Learn just to observe your thoughts without any judgment or reactions to them. (easier said than done)
