We offer weekly 90-minute online sessions right from the comfort of your own home to help you build consistency and bring mindfulness meditation to your life. Here’s how my online sessions work:
1. Understanding Mindfulness: If you want to experience mindfulness, at first, you need to understand it. In my Zoom session, I will teach you the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation and how it actually works. A clear idea will help you get the most out of it.
2. Addressing Your Problems: Everyone is unique. That’s why I also organize PRIVATE online sessions (as well as group sessions) specifically for stress, anxiety, or depression, self-doubt and even chronic pain and illness. This helps you use the mindfulness techniques accurately to get the best possible results.
3. Building Consistency: By finding the gaps and tailoring mindfulness practice for your specific challenges, I will help you build consistency. When you can successfully practice the mindfulness techniques, you will see the change within yourself once you establish a regular daily practice.
